How Smart Set Works

Smart Set uses precision-engineered aluminium frames manufactured in the most commonly used industry sizes. Integrated noggins are positioned at two-foot intervals, providing strength and flexibility across a variety of scenic applications.

Instead of traditional fixings, reusable fittings securely connect each section. Specially developed connection systems also allow easy integration with scaffolding when larger structures are required.

Our standard flats are clad with 6mm fire-treated birch plywood, sealed and finished to provide a refined, production-ready surface. Alternative sheet materials can also be specified for long-term installations, exterior use or specialist project requirements.
